It's always nice to have a little one-on-one time with the boys and today was Tanner's day. It was "date day" with Mom and Tanner got to pick everything he wanted to do that day. It was tough for him to decide, but in the end, he made the best choice. We spent the day painting pottery at Third Coast Clay in The Factory at Franklin and snacking on his favorite snack of doritos and an Icee. He chose a small square ceramic trinket box to paint and was excitedly listing all the things he could "hide" in his box. (I am assuming he needed to hide these special things from a certain little brother!!) We had the best time...chatting, laughing, and making memories. My firstborn....where did the time go? May I be blessed with many more date days with you!
