As many times as our family has vacationed in the Gulf of Mexico, and we have not really ever visited state parks (which are amazing here!) or rented a boat for a full day to tool around the bay. Today was a full day on the water....from the vantage point of a pontoon boat...captained by none other than my awesome hubby. He was fantastic....fearless, and fantastic....which is the only reason we saw a sea turtle, chased a lot of dolphins, caught crabs and shrimp, found live coral and conch, swam in the clearest, bluest water ever, dug for sand dollars, and just enjoyed being in the midst of God's limitless love for us. Because, really, none of the things we enjoyed were just here by chance...they were perfectly planned and created by an amazing God worthy of all praise for how He loves us and spoils us....
It was truly a wonderful day!
