I was on my tiptoes waiting to see little Evan exit the huge doors of the huge elementary school on his first half-day of Kindergarten. It seemed like an eternity before I spotted him...backpack almost as big as he was, but his smile was the easiest thing to spot. He had a great day and then he and I went to Goofballs to hang out together and celebrate his final days as a free man before the start of Kindergarten and the school career!
