I love when the Williamson County schools system gives us an unexpected break in the five day week in the form of a professional development day. We decided to literally take the day off...to put aside our usual errands and life demands and just create....and create, we did! With paint and canvases, we let our left brains take over for a day, and the result was fabulous......time together, quiet, stillness...and of course, the art!
