Notice the dry erase board in the picture.... The numbers at the top are part of Evan's daily math lesson. He has to just practice where numbers are on the number line, both backwards and forwards.
Here is their lunch conversation.....
Tanner-" Dude. Is that your math?"
Evan- "Yeah."
Tanner-"I can help you with the answer. I know it."
Evan-" So do I, Tanner. It's the easiest part of my math. And besides, I'm already finished with it."
Tanner-"Well, check out this problem I have to do. It's multiplication. With TWO digit numbers. It is so hard, but I'll show you how to do it."
Evan-"Cool. That math will be fun. But I'm glad I don't have to do that today. "
