Our theme was "Keep Your Eye on the Prize". We have to remember why we are running this race in the first place. It's gonna be easy to commit this verse to memory, but the challenge lies in living it out each and every day!
Our morning got off to an upbeat start with the help of a favorite tune from Toby Mac, bacon, egg and cheese english muffins and peanut butter/jelly smoothies! It was fun..... at least for a little while....
Then it was time to actually do school.....
We still had a great first day. Evan made it through a long, grueling first day of 3rd grade and Tanner worked tirelessly to finish strong on a first day of 6th grade. We got this, boys....we got this!
